Ena Uy - E-RYT 200
Ena Uy is currently a corporate cashier in a motorcycle company in General Santos City. Out of curiosity that lies behind the “keep calm & do YOGA”, she began her journey as an ordinary yogis. In 2015, she started joining classes and unknowingly fell in love with the practice. In 2019, she met Teacher Helen Prieto and became her student. After quite some time, Teacher Helen invited her to enroll in a Yoga Teacher Training at Marichi Yoga School. Now, she is currently a yoga teacher at the aforementioned school. Yoga became a game changer in Ena’s life. From a once timid woman, she bloomed into a great one. Learning is what keeps her moving; emptying cup is always the key towards fulfillment. Difficulty is never a hindrance to her practice but an addition to her strength, flexibility and balance. She believes that nobody is inferior in their practice because everything would go smoothly with time and perseverance. With this, she encourages her students to keep on believing in themselves and never quit practicing. With peace and positivity that yoga brings to the mind, body and soul, she aspires to touch and inspire ones soul.
